| 摘 要： | 目的以上海江宁社区卫生服务中心职工体检数据,分析社区医务工作者代谢综合征的现状与结果,更好地关注和促进社区医务工作者的身体健康。方法分析2008年83名社区医务工作者的体检指标,包括:BMI、甘油三酯、空腹血糖等5项健康体检指标,根据不同性别、工种进行代谢综合征的患病率进行卡方检验。结果不同性别、不同工种的职工在代谢综合征患病率上有统计学意义的差异,代谢综合征患病率男性高于女性(P<0.05),公卫人员高于其他工种人员(P<0.01)。结论关注社区医务工作者的身体健康状态,倡导代谢性障碍疾病全面多元的防治与研究模式。
