| 摘 要： | 目的:报告31例重型颅脑损伤合并四肢骨折患者的诊治经验。方法:对31例重型颅脑损伤合并四肢骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果:31例患者恢复良好8例(25.8％),中残4例(12.9％),重残10例(32.3％),植物生存3例(9.7％),死亡6例(19.3％).结论:重型颅脑损伤合并四肢骨折的诊活中,应重视休克的防治,避免继发性脑损伤,尽早使骨折复位固定和功能锻炼,从而降低伤残率及死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To report diagnosis and treatment experiences of 31 cases with severe cranial injury with limbs fracture. Methods: Clinical materials of 31 patients with severe cranial injury and limbs fracture were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 8 patients recovered favorably, 4 patients were moderately maimed, 10 patients were severely maimed, 3 patients lived vegetable and 6 cases died. Conclusion: In treatment of patient with severe cranial injury with limb fracture, shock should be paid attention to avoid secondary brain injury, internal fixation of fracture and functional training should be given without error and delay, decrease the mortality and maim rate. |
