轻度认知障碍患者认知功能的临床研究

目的 研究轻度认知障碍的认知功能损害特点.方法 根据Peterson制订的MCI诊断标准,筛选出21例MCI患者(MCI组),11例正常对照者(NC组).所有试验对象均用简易智力量表(MMSE)中的回忆检查部分来检测延迟回忆、用韦氏数字广度测定工作记忆和注意力,用积木测验检查对图形识别和构造能力.结果 轻度认知障碍的认知功能损害特点:与NC组比较,在记忆损害类型中,MCI组主要以延迟回忆损害为主,组间差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);而在工作记忆和注意力检查中则与NC组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.579).在图形识别和构造能力方面,轻度认知障碍患者的能力也表现出比NC组显著下降(P=0.019).结论 轻度认知障碍患者在延迟记忆和图形识别和构造能力均存在显著衰退,而工作记忆相对保持完好.

Clinical study on cognition of mild cognitive impairment

Objective To research the cognitive impairment of mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods Thirty two cases were divided into MCI group(21 cases)and normal control group(11 cases).According to the criteria of MCI made by Peterson,21 cases with MCI were confirmed.Examined the delayed recall with min-mental state examination,evaluated the working memory and attention with digit span,and checked the pattern recognition and construction function with block design in all the cases.Results The characteristics of the cognitive impairment in MCI:compared with the control group,the MCI group impaired significantly in the delayed recall(P=0.000).But there was no statistic difference in the working memory and attention between the two groups(P=0.579).In aspects of the pattern recognition and construction function,we found a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.019).Conclusions Subjects with MCI have shown a deterioration in the delayed recall,the pattern recognition and construction function.But they may have relative reservation in working memory.
