摘 要: | 目的:探讨槲皮素诱导人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡的机制。方法:采用流式细胞术分析槲皮素对人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡、细胞增殖周期和Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。结果:20μmol/L、40μmol/L、80μmol/L浓度的槲皮素溶液均能促进Hela细胞凋亡,而Bcl-2蛋白表达下降;高浓度的槲皮素组G1期细胞比例明显增多。结论:槲皮素能促进人宫颈癌Hela细胞凋亡,其机制可能通过使Hela细胞停滞在G1期、下调Bcl-2蛋白表达水平而致。

Study on the Mechanism of Quercetin in Anti Uterine Cervical Neoplasms |

Abstract: | Objective:To study the mechanism of quercetin on apoptosis in human uterine cervical cancer Hela cells.Method:Flow cytometry was used to assay the effects of quercetin on apoptosis,cell cycle of Hela cells and Bcl-2 protein expression.Results:20,40,80μmol/L Quercetin induced the apoptosis of Hela cells and decreased the expression of Bcl-2 protein which showed the time-and dose-dependent relationships.Quercetin in the concentrations 40μmol/L and 80μmol/L restrained cell cycle of Hela cells at G1 which presented a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:Quercetin can efficiently induce apoptosis,restrain cell cycle of Hela cells at G1 and down-regulate Bcl-2 protein expression which are the possible mechanisms for its anti-uterine cervical neoplasms effect. |
