| 摘 要： | 采用中西医结合疗法，并利用目前比较先进的体外血栓形成方法，对２０６例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行检测分析发现：①患者组的体外血栓各值明显地高于健康组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；②中医辨证分型不同，其体外血栓各值之间存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）；③中西医结合治疗前后体外血栓各值明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：①患者即使在发病后血液仍常处于高凝状态；②体外血栓检测结果的变化与本病的病情改变呈正相关。③体外血栓各值的变化亦可作为中医辨证分型的客观指标。

| Abstract: | The thrombosis test in vitro of 206 cases with lower limb deep phlebothrombosis treated by integration of western and Chinese medicines was conducted The indexes of thrombosis test in vitro of patients were much higher than those of normal group(P<0 001),and there were evident difference of that before and after the treatment(P<0 01,P<0 001)or in patients with different TCM patterns of syndroms(P<0 01,P<0 001) It showed that hypercogulability of blood existed even after thrombosis and the indexes of thrombosis test in vitro changed as patientsconditions So the indexes of thrombosis test in vitro can be as a standard to differentiate TCM patterns of syndroms |
