解酒养心合剂治疗早期酒精性心脏病的临床及实验研究

酒精性心脏病是由于乙醇过多摄入引起的心脏损害。酒体湿而性热，长期大量饮用易致人体湿热内蕴，痰瘀互结，日久伤及气血。据此拟定了具有解酒毒、清热利湿、化痰祛瘀之功效的解酒养心合剂。对饮酒组中１００例进行流行病学调查，与不饮酒组比较，二者在症状、心电图、血清谷草转氨酶（ＡＳＴ）上存在着显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明酒的过多摄入是酒精性心脏病发病的重要因素。对饮酒组３０例症状或（及）心电图、ＡＳＴ明显异常者服解酒养心合剂。结果表明，治疗前后症状改善总有效率为９３．３％，并具有显著改善舌象、脉象、心电图室性早搏、ＳＴ段、Ｔ波异常及ＡＳＴ水平的作用。动物实验表明解酒养心合剂对乙醇所致乳鼠搏动心肌细胞的搏动率增快、搏动间歇的出现及乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）的释放均有显著保护作用。

A Clinical and Experimental Research on Treating Early Alcoholic Heart Disease with Jiejiu Yangxin Mixture

Alcoholic heart disease is a heart injury caused by excessive drinking of alcohol According to TCM theory,alcohol is a kind of pathogenic factors of damp heat If a person over drinks for a long time,accumulation of damp heat,masses of phlegm and blood stasis and hurt of Qi and blood will happen in the body Thus,Jiejiu Yangxin mixture was administered to clear away alcoholic noxiousness,remove damp heat and blood stasis and resolve phlegm In the clinical study,100 patients in experimental group were given a epidemiological survey Compared with the normals,there were distinct differences of symptoms,ECG and serum aspartase (AST) in patients(P<0 05,P<0 01) It showed that over drinking was an important pathogenic factor of alcoholic heart disease Thirty patients taken Jiejiu Yangxin mixture were observed The total efficiency rate of improving symptoms is 93 3%.The improvment of abnormal signs of tongue,signs of pulse,ECG ventricular extrasystole and abnormal ST,T wave of patients were remarkable The animal experiment showed that Jiejiu Yangxin mixture decreased fast rate,intermittence of the little ratsheart beating and increased the level of serum lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)
