| 摘 要： | 用补阳还五汤治疗急性（发病２ｄ以内）脑梗死患者３５例，观察治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）水平，并与正常对照组进行对比。治疗前血浆ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ水平与正常人相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后则显著改善（Ｐ＜０．０１），且在基本治愈组、有效组、无效组中亦有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），改善程度基本治愈组＞有效组＞无效组。ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ值又可作为评估疗效的有价值指标。

| Abstract: | Thirty five cases with acute cerebral infarction were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BHD) Compared with that of the normals,the levels of endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in plasma of the patients were determined in pretreatment and post treatment The disperity of the levels of ET and CGRP between the experimental group and the control group were significant(P<0 01) The metabolic imbalance of ET and CGRP improved significantly after the treatment(P<0 01),and so among cure group,effective group and ineffective group(cure group>effective group>ineffective group;P<0 05,P<0 01) It was pointed out that the levels of ET and CGRP in plasma of patients could be as standard to evaluate curative effects |
