| 摘 要： | 为探索一种用于颊癌切除后缺损修复的简单易行的新方法,在对颊脂垫进行解剖研究的基础上,发现颊部脂肪垫有完整的血管蒂,动脉供血及静脉回流丰富,由此设计了用带蒂颊脂垫瓣修复颊部缺损的方法.经临床应用9例,证实颊脂垫瓣可修复大到5 cm×3 cm左右的组织缺损,术后颊脂垫瓣一期愈合,组织缺损得到修复,疤痕挛缩不明显.经2～3年随访,效果良好.

| Abstract: | To find a new and practical method to repair buccal defects caused by buccal cancer resections, buccal fat pad anatomy was studied. The results showed that there is a blood vessel pedical to supply the blood to fat pad. Based on anatomic study, buccal fat pad flap was designed to reconstruct such defects. Nine cases were treated with this method, testifying that this method could repair an area of 5 cm 3 cm defect. The fat pad healed in one stage within 10 days, the scar ass not evident. Two to 3 years follow up studies showed that the effect of this method was satisfactory. For the position of buccal fat pad is fixed, surgeons can take it easily. This method is simple, useful and practical. |
