川芎嗪、丹参注射液对正常状态及实验性微循环障碍小鼠脑微循环的影响

摘    要:目的 研究川芎嗪、丹参注射液静脉注射对正常状态及实验性微循环障碍小鼠脑微循环的影响。方法 采用 闭合式颅骨开窗法应用JI-200激光多普勒微循环动态分析仪观察静脉注射上述药物在生理状态及高分子右旋糖苷所致微循环障碍时小鼠脑微区血流量的变化。结果 两药均可增加正常状态下和微循环障碍时小鼠脑微区血流量。结论 静脉注射丹参、川芎嗪注射液具有改善正常状态下和微循环障碍时的脑微循环。

Abstract:Objective The effect of Tetramethyl Pryazine and injection of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge on cerebral microcirculatory blood flow in mice was studied under normal condition and abnormal microcirculatory states. Methods A Laser microcirculatory dynamic analyzer was used to record the cerebral microcirculatory blood flow. Cerebral microcirculatory disorder was made by intravenous injection of high molecular weight dextran (HMWD).Results Tetramethyl Pryazine and Injection of Salvia Miltiorrhixa Bunge can significantly increase the cerebral microcirculatory blood flow under normal condition and in the states of microcirculatory disorders. Conclusions These drugs can improve cerebral microcirculation.
