不同效价出血热灭活疫苗人体接种后的中和抗体应答及其对两个型汉坦病毒的交叉反应

以不同效价的出血热疫苗免疫人体后，４ 批效价合格的疫苗中和抗体阳转率达８７ ％ ～１００％ ，抗体ＧＭＴ达１５ ～１８，而一批未达合格标准的疫苗阳转率只有６０ ％ ，ＧＭＴ７－１ ；免疫血清对同型毒株的抗体阳转率为１００％ ，对异型只为２５ ％ 。为保证疫苗在人体应用的有效性，应研究及制备ＨＴＮ和ＳＥＯ两型的双价疫苗。

NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODY RESPONSES IN HUMAN VACCINATED WITH HEMORRHAGIC FEVER WITH RENAL SYDROME VACCINES OF DIFFERENT POTENCY

Four lots of HTN type HFRS vaccines and one lots of SEO type vaccine were used for human vaccination All lots of vaccine have passed the criterion of potency test except one lot of HTN vaccine Sera from vaccinated subjects were tested for neutralizing antibody response by micro-cytophathic neutralization The results have shown that those subjects vaccinated with vaccines which met the criterion of potency test developed good neutralizing antibody responses,the seroconversion rates 87%～100%,GMT 15～18,while those vaccinated with vaccine under criterion induced poor responses,sereoconversion rate only 60% and GMT 7 The results also revealed that the immune sera neutralized with vaccine homologous type virus strain were much better than with the heterologous type strain,seroconversion 100% vs 25% or 60% vs 20% It points out that quality control for the vaccine potency should be strict and bivalent vaccine of HNT and SEO needs to be developed in China
