摘    要: 目的 应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法,建立多维元素片(29)中维生素B1、维生素C、维生素B6和烟酰胺的同时测定方法方法 采用Alltima C18 色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),以50 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢铵溶液(磷酸调至pH 3.0)-乙腈(95∶5)为流动相,流速0.5 mL·min-1,检测波长275 nm。 结果 在本方法中,维生素B1、维生素C、维生素B6和烟酰胺的线性关系良好,线性相关系数(r)都大于0.999 7;专属性强,4种成分和药品中其他成分以及强制降解产物之间都有良好的分离度;精密度良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)都小于2.10%;回收率良好,回收率在98.82%和100.3%之间;稳定性能满足实验要求,维生素C在4 h内保持稳定;方法学比较显示:维生素C测定值和国标方法测定值的相关性好。结论方法准确、简单、快速,可作为多维元素片(29)中维生素B1、维生素C、维生素B6和烟酰胺的同时测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and niacinamide in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(29). METHODS An Alltima C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used for the separation with 50 mmol·L-1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (adjusted pH to 3.0 with H3PO4) and acetonitrile (95∶5) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 275 nm. RESULTS The method showed good linearity for Vitamin B1, C, B6 and niacinamide with all correlation coefficients (r) greater than 0.999 7. The specificity study showed satisfactory resolutions between Vitamin B1, C, B6, niacinamide, other ingredients and forced degradation products. The precisions were satisfactory with all relative standard deviations (RSD) lower than 2.1%. The spiked recovery for four compounds ranged from 98.82% to 100.3%. The stability were acceptable with a 4 h stable duration for Vitamin C and a method comparison indicated coincident RESULTS for Vitamin C between this method and standard method. CONCLUSION This method is an accurate, fast and simple for the simultaneous determination of Vitamin B1, C, B6 and niacinamide in Vitamins with Minerals Tablets(29).
