摘    要:目的探讨四黄灌洗液的药理作用.方法观察四黄灌洗液的抗炎作用:小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀及肉芽肿;研究其镇痛作用:热板致痛及醋酸致痛;急性毒性及长期毒性试验.结果四黄灌洗液对小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠足肿胀及肉芽肿增生模型具有显著的抑制作用;热板致痛及醋酸致痛实验均显示:提高痛阈值;小鼠灌喂总剂量达168g/kg(此剂量相当于成人日用剂量的210倍),未见动物出现明显毒副反应;大鼠滴鼻后,鼻黏膜未见充血、水肿等现象.大鼠灌喂长期毒性试验未见明显毒性反应.结论四黄灌洗液具有抗炎、镇痛、抑制慢性肉芽肿增生等作用,且安全性高.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pharmacodynamic and toxicological effects of Sihuang Lavaging Solution(SHLS). Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgetic effects of SHLS were observed among the modeling animals with auricular swelling in mice,with digiti pedis swelling in rats and those of painful model induced by hot plate or acetic acid.Furthermore,carried out also were acute and chronic toxicological experiments. Results SHLS showed significant inhibitory effects on inflammatory swelling and granuloma hyperplasia induced among the animal models and it was also true on the pain models to elevate significantly the threshold value of pain.No significant toxic effects and side-effects were found in the acute toxicological experiment at the dosage equivalent to 210 times that of adult persons as well as in the chronic toxicological experiment. Conclusions SHLS holds significant anti-inflammatory and analgetic effects,is able to inhibit granuloma hyperplasia and can be used safely in clinical practice.
