创建爱婴医院中母婴状况的研究

创建爱婴医院期间,实验组母婴病房产妇196例,新生儿200例,与同期自然分娩产妇180例新生儿186例采用随机双盲法进行对照,发现实验组产妇泌乳时间较对照组提前,产后出血较对照组减少,新生儿黄疸、腹泻、鹅口疮尿布皮炎发疡率均低于对照组,提示积极创建爱婴医院有利于产妇和新生儿健康。

The stuey of mother and infant health state in establishing babg friendly hostital

During the period of establishing baby friendly hospital, 196 cases of parturi-ents and 200 cases of neonatus in the wasd of mother and infant in the experimertal groupwese compared with the homochro nous 180 cases of normal labor parturients and casesneonatus in the control group by adopting random double blind method. The result showedthe lactigenous time of parturients in the experimental group was shifted to an earlier date,postpartum hemorhage reduced than the control group and the neonatus disease incidence oficterus, diarrhen, mycolci stomatitis and diaper dermatitis lowes than the control group. It -suggests vigorously establishing bagy friendly hospital contributes to the health of parturientand neonatus.
