西洋参国产品与进口品的质量鉴别

目的:实验鉴别进口与国产西洋参的质量。在保证质量的情况下可节省经费,做到合理用药。方法:采用药材性状、显微特征及有效成分含量测定实验进行研究。结果:进口品与国产品性状特征有差异,有效成分含量国产品稍低于进口品,显微特征基本相似。结论:从药品价格、药用质量及普通人民用药方面综合考虑。国产西洋参在经济欠发达地区可代替进口西洋参广泛用于临床及普通家庭。

Research for the quality of the domestic and imported American ginseng products

Objective: To distinguish the quality of the domestic and imported American ginseng.To save some money and to use it reasonably under the circumstances of ensuring the quality of products.Methods: The properties of crude drugs,micro-characteristic and content of effective composition were studied with content determination experiments.Results: The characters of imported and domestic products had some difference,the effective composition content of domestic product was slightly lower than that of the imported,and the micro-characteristic is similar basically.Conclusion: The aspects of the price of medicines,medicines' quality and the medicines' use of ordinary people are considered synthetically,the domestic American ginseng can replace the imported American ginseng and can be used in the clinical and ordinary family extensively in the economically underdeveloped area.
