住院精神病人健康咨询问题分析

目的分析精神科住院患者所存在的心理健康问题以探讨更有效的健康咨询及健康教育对策。方法应用SPSS软件包对进行健康咨询的345例精神科住院患者所咨询的问题按照性别、年龄、住院次数、入院天数的不同进行统计分析。结果患者认为无病或病轻不愿住院为第一位，占28．8％，其次为对精神症状苦恼、康复问题、药物反应、思念亲人、人际关系、服务态度，且患者所咨询的问题与入院天数、住院次数、年龄、性别均有一定的关系。结论精神科住院患者存在有许多健康及心理问题，患者所咨询的问题反映患者的主观需要，健康咨询兼顾了患者的主观需要和客观需要，它既可以解决患者的心理和健康教育问题，又能提高患者治疗的依从性。

Analysis on the Distribution of Health Conseling Problems in Psychiatric Inpatients

Objective To analyse the distribution of the counseling problems in psychiatric inpatients.Methods 345 cases of counseling problems were analysed in sex,age,times and duration of admission with SPSS 10.Results Refuse to addmision is the most common problem in health counseling and then problems include side-effects,psychiatric symptoms,miss home ,stuff services,rehabilitation,relaps,treatments and social relationships.The counseling problems exist difference in sex,age,times and duration of admission.Conclusion Inpatients in mental hospital have mamy health and psychological problems.Counseling problems may reflect patients' objective need.It is important to think about patient's objective and subjective needs during health counseling and patients education.Health counseling can improve patients' treatment compliance as well as save psychological and health problems.
