HIV感染者的外科治疗与医务人员职业暴露防护分析

目的探讨HIV感染者的外科治疗与医务人员职业暴露防护。方法对22例HIV感染者（其中男21例,女1例,年龄27～64岁）术前检测免疫功能、规范手术操作程序、精细操作减少手术损伤、常规应用抗生素预防感染以及及时处理并发症。结果Ⅰ类切口6例,伤口全部Ⅰ期愈合;Ⅱ类切口4例,1例发生伤口感染;Ⅲ类切口12例,其中3例伤口愈合时间〉30d。本组无手术死亡患者,医务人员未发生职业暴露。结论对HIV感染者采用适当的手术方式和治疗方法可以取得较好的疗效。术中采取必要的防护措施可以避免医务人员发生职业暴露。

Surgery Treatment of HIV-infected Patients and Occupational Exposure Prevention for Medical Staff
