| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨绝经妇女宫颈病变的诊断及筛查的必要性。方法:对980例绝经妇女宫颈涂片特点进行回顾性分析。结果:未绝经组及绝经组宫颈Ⅱb涂片的检出率分别为5.17%及4.08%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组涂片检查的敏感性无差别,特异性差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经妇女进行宫颈细胞学筛查是非常必要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the characteristics of cervical smear of menopausal women and the necessities of the screening for the cervical lesion in menopausal women.Methods:The characteristics of cervical smear in980cases of menopausal women were reviewed.Results:The detectable rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CINb)detected by smear was5.17%and4.08%(P>0.05)in premenopause group and menopause group respectively.There was no significant difference of the sensitivity of smear between the two groups(P>0.05),the specificity of the smear in the menopause group was lower than that in the premenopause group(P<.0).Conclusion:The routine cytological screening should be done to detect cervical lesions in menopausal woemen. |
