改良ＦＯＬＦＯＸ４方案联合氟尿苷腹腔灌注治疗胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移

目的：观察改良ＦＯＬＦＯＸ４方案联合氟尿苷（ＦＵＤＲ）腹腔灌注化疗治疗胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移的疗效。方法：回顾性分析８例胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移患者采用改良ＦＤＬＦＯＸ４方案静脉化疗联合氟尿苷腹腔灌注化疗的临床资料。结果：８例患者均完成３次腹腔灌注化疗，静脉化疗６～１０周期；７例患者完成全部治疗，获ＣＲ１例，ＰＲ６例；另１例患者在完成４周期化疗后出现病情进展改用其他治疗方案。结论：改良ＦＯＬＦＯＸ４方案联合氟尿苷腹腔灌注化疗治疗胃印戒细胞癌伴腹腔转移患者安全有效，值得进一步研究。

FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis tumor of abdomen

Objective：To evaluate the effect of FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis tumor of abdomen. Methods：The clinical date of 8 patients with gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen was analyzed retrospectively. Results：All the patients finished three times intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR and chemotherapy of venoelysis for 6-10 cycles. Severn patients finished all the thetapy. Because of progress, 1 patient changed to other therapies after finished 4 cycles chemotherapy. Seven1 patients were evaluable for response, in which 1 achieved complete response （CR） and 6 partial response （PR）. Conclusion：That FOLFOX4 combined with intraperitoneal perfusion FUDR for gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma with metastasis of abdomen is safe and effective, and needs further study.
