| 摘 要： | 目的：为验证黄芪注射液治疗各种原因引起的充血性心力衰竭的疗效；方法：住院患者１００例，随机分为黄芪治疗组５０例，常规对照组５０例。治疗组在对照组基础上加用黄芪注射液２０ｍＬ，置于５％葡萄糖液２５０ｍＬ中静点，每日１次，１５ｄ为１疗程。对照组予以利尿、扩血管及使用洋地黄类药物综合治疗；结果：治疗组与对照组治疗后心功能改善的总有效率分别达到９２％和７０％，两组间差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。心功能指数ＥＦ、ＣＯ、ＳＶ经治疗后治疗组显著提高，与治疗前相比，差异呈高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对照组与治疗前相比，也有明显提高，差异呈显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗组、对照组相互比较，治疗后治疗组ＥＦ、ＳＶ提高显著高于对照组，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）；结论：黄芪能改善充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能，显著提高患者的ＥＦ、ＣＯ、ＳＶ，与洋地黄类药物合用，可以明显提高疗

| Abstract: | Objective: ToobservethetherapeuticeffectivenessofHuangQiinjectioninthetreatmentofcongestiveheartfailurecausedbyvariousfactors.Method: 100patientswererandomlyallocatedintotreatinggroup(of50cases)andthenormalcontrolgroup(of50cases).Atthebasementofthecontrolgroup,thetherapeuticgroupweregivenHuangQiinjection20mL+5%G.S.250mLgttq.d.15daysasonetherapeuticcourse.Thecontrolgroupweregivencombinedtreatmentofdiuretic,dilatingbloodvesselanddigitalisdrugs. Result: Theeffectiverateofimprovingcardiacfunctionwas92%and70%inthetherapeuticgroupandthecontrolgroup.Therewassignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,thecardiacfunctionindexEFCOSVimprovedobviouslyinthetherapeuticgroup.Thedifferencehashighsignificance(P<0.01)inthegroupcomparedwiththelevelbeforethetreatment.Inthecontrolgroup,thecardiacfunctionindeximprovedobviously,too(P<0.05).Afterthetreatment,theimprovementofEF,SVofthetherapeuticgroupwasmuchhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroupwiththesignificantdifference(P<0.05).
