| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定十三太保丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Phenomenex GEMINI C18（5μm，4．6mm×250mm）；流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸（17：83）；检测波长：270nm；流速：1．0mL·min^-1。结果：线性范围为0．0255-0．5110μg（r=0．9995），平均回收率为97．98％，RSD为1．50％，重复性RSD为1．05％（n=6），精密度RSD为0．85％（n=6），稳定性RSD为0．54％。结论：本方法稳定、可靠，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | The paper presents an approach to determine Paeoniflorin content in Shisan Taibao Pill using HPLC. In the study, Paeoniflorin was assayed on a Phenomenex GEMINI C18 （5μm, 4.6mm×250mm）column, with the mobile phase composed of Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （17：83） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1. The determination wavelength was set at 270 nm. The linear calibration curves were ranged between 0.0255-0.5110μg （r=-0.9995）for Paeoniflorin. The averages recovery （n=6） of Paeoniflorin was 97.98% （RSD=1.50%）. Results show that the method is simple, reliable, accurate, and repeatable, desirable for the quality control of Shisan Taibao Pill. |
