| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不同治疗方案对丹毒所产生的经济效果。方法：选择2007年1月1日～2008年4月30日病历共41份，按照治法，分为中西医结合组和西医组，运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法进行评价。结果：西医组和中西医结合组在症状改善方面的成本-效果比分别为4 541.22和3 931.05。结论：中西医结合组更经济。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the economic effects of different pharmacotherapy in the treatment of erysipelas.METHODS:A total of 41 erysipelas cases treated with western medicine alone or in combination with Chinese medicine between Jan.1,2007 and Apr.30,2008 were subjected to cost-effectiveness analyses.RESULTS:The cost-effectiveness ratio was 4 541.22 for the patients treated with integrated traditional and western medicine versus 3 931.05 for those treated with western medicine alone.CONCLUSION:The integrated traditional and western medicine group was proved to be more economical as compared with the western medicine group. |
