哌拉西林/舒巴坦与美洛西林/舒巴坦治疗呼吸道感染的疗效比较

目的　 对比哌拉西林 /舒巴坦 (试验药 )与美洛西林 /舒巴坦 (对照药 )对急性细菌性呼吸道感染的临床疗效及细菌学疗效。 方法 　采用随机开放、区组平行对照方法 ,用实验药与对照药对急性细菌性呼吸道感染进行 5～ 14d的治疗观察。 结果 　试验药的治愈率 6 2 0 7% ,有效率 93 10 % ,对照药的治愈率 5 7 14 % ,有效率89 2 9% ,两药的细菌清除率均为 95 6 9% ,不良反应与化验异常方面没有显著差异。 结论 　哌拉西林 /舒巴坦对急性细菌性呼吸道感染有较好的临床、细菌学疗效

Comparison of the effect of piperacillin/sulbactam and mezlocillin/sulbactam in the treatment of acute respiratory infection

Objective To observe the comparison of the clinical effect and bacteriological effect of piperacillin/sulbactam (trial drug) and mezlocillin/sulbactam (contrast drug) in the treatment of acute respiratory infection.Methods The effect of trial drug in the treatment of acute respiratory infection was observed for 5-14 days by using random open and parallel versus cross-over study.Results The cure rate of trial drug was 62.07%, its effective rate was 93.10%, whereas the cure rate of contrast drug was 57.14%, its effective rate was 89.29%. The bacteriological cure rates of the two drugs were 95.69% equally. No significant differences were seen in adverse effects and abnormal laboratory test between the two drugs.Conclusion Piperacillin/sulbactam had good clinical and bacteriological effects in the treatment of acute respiratory infection.
