男性腰椎和股骨颈骨密度测量的临床价值

摘    要:目的:探讨测量男性腰椎、股骨颈骨密度的临床价值.方法:对224例20~74岁成年男性的腰椎和股骨颈行定量CT骨密度测量,并对结果进行分析.结果:成年男性腰椎和股骨颈骨密度峰值年龄为20~24岁,35岁以后股骨颈骨密度下降速率大于腰椎,二者累积丢失率差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论:男性股骨颈的骨密度的测量值较腰椎更具有临床意义.

The measurement of bone mineral density of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck of men
Abstract:Objective:To study on the clincal value of bone mineral density(BMD) measurement of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck in male. Methods:224 cases of healthy men with the age ranged from 20 to 70 years old were studied with QCT densitometry at the lumbar vertebra and femoral neck, and the results were analyzed. Results:The peak age of BMD of lumbar vertebra and femoral neck in normal men was ranged from 20 to 24. As age was over 35 years old,the rate of accumulative loss and detectatale rate of osteoporosis of femoral neck were higher than those of lumbar vertebra, and there was significant difference between the both accumulative loss rates in femoral neck and lumbar vertebra ( P <0.05). Conclusion: BMD of femoral neck osteoporosis is more significant than BMD of lumbra vertebra osteoporosis in the early diagnosis in male.
