| 摘 要： | 目的评价丙泊酚和咪唑安定在ICU病人镇静的效果和安全性。方法给予患者应用丙泊酚组(P组)负荷量1.00-1.50㎎/㎏,维持量为0.50-3.00㎎.㎏-1.h-1,咪唑安定组(M组)负荷量0.05-0.30㎎/㎏,维持量为0.04-0.20㎎.㎏-1.h-1,控制患者于Ramsay评分Ⅲ-Ⅳ级。结果两组病人镇静效果佳,但在药物起效时间等方面两组比较呈显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在对患者进行麻醉时咪唑安定适用于患者的心血管情况不好,且要进行镇静的时间比较长。应用丙泊酚可适用于患者心血管情况比较好、对其镇静的时间比较短的。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of propofol and midazolam for patient’s calmness in ICU.Methods In group P,loading capacity is 1.00-1.50㎎.㎏-1and maintain capacity is 0.50-3.00㎎.㎏-1.h-1.In group M with loading capacity is 0.05-0.30㎎.㎏-1,maintain capacity is 0.04-0.20㎎.㎏-1.They were controlled in Ransay Ⅲ-Ⅳclass.Results All patients were calmed satisfactorly,but two groups different fron maintain effect of medicament etc(P<0.05).Colclusion Propofol had better use to calm patient no long time and they are strong with circulatory system.However,midazolam is on the contrary. |
