中西药联用治疗糖尿病肠病的疗效观察

目的:观察中西药联用治疗糖尿病肠病的疗效。方法:选择我院2011年6月～2012年6月86例2型糖尿病肠病患者,随机分为两组,对照组43例患者采用西医常规治疗,观察组43例患者在对照组基础上加用自拟中药方剂治疗。所有患者均治疗3个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗疗效。结果:观察组显效27例,有效11例,总有效率为88.37%;对照组显效9例,有效22例,总有效率72.09%;观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义P0.05。结论:中西药联合治疗糖尿病肠病标本兼治,可明显改善患者临床症状。

Clinical observation on treating diabetic enteropathy in TCM plus modern medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM plus modern medicine in treating diabetic enteropathy.Methods:From June 2011 to June 2012,86 patients with type 2 diabetic enteropathy patients were selected and were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 43 patients with routine modern medicine treatment,and the observation group of 43 patients on the basis of the treatment of the control group plus with TCM treatment.All patients were treated for three courses,treatment efficacy was observed.Results:In the observation group,27 cases markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,the total effective rate was 88.37%;in the control group,9 cases markedly effective,effective in 22 cases,the total effective rate was 72.09%;therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups has significant,statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The TCM plus modern medicine treated the Biaoben of diabetic enteropathy together,could significantly improve the clinical symptoms.
