综合疗法治疗弱视临床疗效观察

目的探讨综合疗法治疗弱视的临床疗效。方法采用全矫戴镜、传统遮盖法、精细作业、弱视治疗仪治疗3～14岁的弱视患儿42例66只眼。结果不同类型及程度的患儿疗效不同。年龄越小治疗效果越好，程度越轻疗效越好。屈光不正性弱视治愈率为71．4％，屈光参差性弱视治愈率为66．7％。斜视性弱视治愈率为50．0％。42例66只弱视眼治愈率为68．2％，总有效率为92．4％。结论综合疗法治疗儿童弱视疗效好，疗程短。

Combinational treatment of amblyopia

Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy of combinational treatment for amblyopia.Methods The combinational treatment of wearing glasses to full vision correction,traditional covering,fine vision exercise plus the treatment with typoscope was applied to 66 eyes of 42 patients aged from 3 to 14 years old.Results The effectiveness varied depending on the type and severity of amblyopia.Namely,the younger the patient age was the more effective the treatment.Better effectiveness was observed in those less severe patients.The total cure rate for all the recruited patients was 68.2%,while the total effective rate was 92.4%.The cure rate was 71.4% for the ametropic amblyopia,66.7% for anisometropic amblyopia,and 50.0% for strabismus amblyopia.Conclusion The combinational treatment for amblyopia was effective in practice and the required period of treatment was relatively short.
