聚焦解决模式对炎症性肠病患者焦虑抑郁的影响

目的 探讨以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理干预对炎症性肠病患者焦虑抑郁的影响,以期为该类患者实施心理护理提供帮助.方法 选取门诊炎症性肠病患者80例,随机分为观察组（40例）与对照组（40例）,对照组采用常规健康教育及心理护理,观察组在此基础上加用聚焦解决模式进行心理护理.各入组患者在入组时和干预4个月后均分别采用中文版炎症性肠病问卷（IBDQ）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行问卷调查.结果 干预4个月后观察组较对照组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量改善效果更为显著（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 采用焦点解决模式为基础的心理干预能明显改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量.

Effect of psychological care based on solution-focused approach on depression and anxiety among patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological care based on solution-focused approach on depression and anxiety among patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and to implement better psychological care measure for these patients. Methods 80 patients, from outpatient, with inflammatory bowel disease were randomly divided into observation group （n = 40） and control group （n = 40 ）. Patients in control group received psychological nursing based on conventional health education; meanwhilepatients in observation group received psychological nursing based on solution-focused approach. Chinese version of In//ammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire（ IBDQ）, Sell-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Sell-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） questionnaire were employed to test the psychological condition for patients at the beginning and end of the experiment. Results The improvement of anxiety and depression and the quality of life of the observation group was more significantly than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05/P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The solution-focused mode based on psychological intervention can effectively relieve anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life for the patients.
