门静脉部分动脉化对肝部分切除大鼠肝损伤的保护作用

目的 探讨门静脉部分动脉化对肝部分切除大鼠肝脏损伤的保护作用.方法 将72只SD大鼠分为门静脉部分动脉化组、非门静脉动脉化组及对照组.观察术后2、6、12h血清ALT,AST,以及肝组织中ATP、ADP、AMP含量的变化,并计算EC值;同时取肝组织行病理组织学检查.结果 （1）门静脉部分动脉化组、非门静脉动脉化组及对照组三组间血清AST和ALT在术后2h无明显差异（P〉0.05）,术后6h及12h三组血清AST和ALT存在明显差异（分别为P〈0.01及P〈0.01）.（2）门静脉部分动脉化组、非门静脉动脉化组及对照组三组间术后各时点肝组织ATP、ADP、AMP及EC值均有明显增加（分别为P〈0.01）.（3）非门静脉动脉化组肝组织病理变化随着缺血时间延长而加重;门静脉部分动脉化组病理变化较轻.结论 门静脉部分动脉化可以保护大鼠肝部分切除的肝脏细胞功能,并改善肝细胞的能量代谢.

The protect effect of portal vein partial arterialization on rat liver injury after partial hepatectomy

Objective To investigate the protect effect of partial portal vein arterialization on rat liver injury after partial hepatectomy. Methods SD rats （ n = 72 ） were divided into partial portal vein arterialization group, non-portal vein arterialization group and control group. The concentration of ALT and AST in serum and ＂ ATP, ADP, AMP in liver tissue were determined at time point 2, 6 and 12 h postoperative, and then we calculated the EC values. At the same time hepatic tissues were obtained for histopathology examination. Results The concentration of ALT and AST in serum of the three groups were similar with each other and present no significant difference at time point 2h postoperative （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, and differences of ALT and AST concentration in serum among the three groups present statistically significant at the time point 6 and 12h postoperative （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared to the value preoperative, the ATP, ADP, AMP concentration in liver tissue and the EC values of the three groups increased at all the 3 time point postoperative （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Hepatic pathological changes in non-portal vein arterialization group were increased as ischemia prolonged, while the hepatic cells present a minor injury in arterialization group and control group. Conclusions Partial arterialization of portal vein can protect the liver cell function after partial hepatectomy, and can improved the energy metabolism.
