| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术过程中的手术配合及护理.方法 对本院96例在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术中的手术护理配合过程进行回顾性分析.结果 通过完善手术护理配合使麻醉及手术过程顺利,手术时间缩短,出血少,术后均获得满意治疗效果.结论 护理人员良好的手术配合,熟悉手术全过程,熟悉各种腹腔镜手术器械的性能及使用,做好器械的清洗、保养、消毒灭菌等是确保手术顺利完成的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operation cooperation and nursing for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods In our hospital, 96 cases of laparoscopic cholecysteetomy operation cooperation and nursing process were retrospectively analyzed. Results Through perfecting the operation cooperation and nursing, made the process of anesthesia and surgery smoothly, shortened the operation time, intraoperative bleeding, less postoperative obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect. Conclusions Effective cooperation during surgery nursing staff, and familiar with the whole process of surgery, familiar with various laparoscopic surgical instrument performance and using methods, equipment cleaning, maintenance and disinfection sterilization is one of the important factors to ensure operation process completed. |
