多部门协作对多重耐药菌感染管理方法探讨

目的 探讨多部门协作多重耐药菌感染管理方法,以提高多重耐药菌感染防控能力.方法 由分管院长统一领导,医院感染管理科、药剂处、微生物实验室、医务部、护理部、相关临床科室组成,明确职责分工,开展日常防控及监测工作.采用SPSS 13.0对2012-2013年微生物送检、抗菌药物合理使用、多重耐药隔离措施执行率等相关数据进行分析.结果 干预前后微生物标本合格率、住院患者抗菌药物使用微生物标本送检率、手卫生依从率、多重耐药菌隔离措施执行率有显著差异,P＜0.05.并讨论形成重点科室抗菌药物使用干预建议.结论 多部门协作可以充分发挥各专业优势,临床科室是多重耐药菌防控的主体,手卫生、合理使用抗菌药物是多重耐药菌防控的关键.

Research on the Method of Multi-departmental Collaboration in Controlling MDROs Infection

Objective： To analyze and study the methods of multi - departmental collaboration in controlling MDROs infection, in order to increase the ability of controlling MDROs infection. Methods ： Under the leadership of the hospital director in charge, the hospital~ Departments of Infection Control Department, Pharmacy, Medical Service, Nursing and Inpatient Affairs, and Mi- crobiology Lab were assigned the respective tasks specifically and daily surveillance and prevention of MDROs infection carried out. The data such as microbial inspection, the rational use of antimicrobial agents, the implementation rate of isolating MDROs, the rate of MDROs infection during 2012 to 2013 were analyzed by the departments concerned with the SPSS 13.0 . Results： After the multi -departments＇cooperation and controlling, the ratio of the contrast data showed significant difference, P 〈 0.05. At the same time, the results of multi- department＇s methods became suggestions for the key departments in using drugs for controlling MDROs infection. Conclusion： Multi -departments＇cooperation can fully develop departments＇s specific ability. Inpatient departments are the principal parts in preventing MDROs infection. Finally, it is the key in preventing and control MDROs to lay stress on hand hygiene and logically usage of antimicrobial drug.
