快通道外科技术在腹部手术前及手术后护理中的应用观察

目的 探讨快通道外科技术（FTS）在腹部手术前及手术后护理中的应用观察.方法 选择我院收治的腹部手术患者110例作为研究组,对其在手术前及手术后应用FTS进行护理干预.选择同期收治的腹部手术患者112例作为对照组,对其给予传统腹部手术护理方法.结果 研究组患者在护理满意度、病情知晓率、并发症发病率、手术安全率及等情况均优于对照组,P〈0.05;且研究组有效减少了住院时间,降低了住院费用,与对照组相比,P〈0.05.结论 对腹部手术患者在手术前及手术后应用FTS进行护理干预,可以有效控制患者的生理病理改变,提升护理服务质量.

The application of Fast-track surgical techniques in nursing the patients pre- and post-operative of abdomen surgery

Objective To investigate the application of Fast-track surgical techniques （FST） in nursing the patients pre- and post-operative of abdomen surgery. Methods 110 patients received abdominal surgery in our hospital were enrolled the study, they received intervention of FTS pre- and post-operative surgery in nursing. Another 112 patients, received abdominal surgery in the same period, were chosen as control, and they were given the traditional care pre- and post-operative abdominal surgery. Results The condition of nursing satisfaction, rate of disease awareness, the incidence of complications, surgical safety rate and other conditions of study group precede than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared to the control group, patients in study group spent less time and cost in hospital （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of FTS pre- and post-operative in abdominal surgery, could help control the physiological and pathological changes and improve the quality of care.
