不同手术方式行子宫肌瘤切除的综合分析

目的 比较阴道B超辅助下腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床应用效果.方法 将64例需行手术切除治疗的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为腹腔镜组和开腹手术组两组,对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、清除率以及术后住院时间等情况进行比较.结果 两组手术时间和子宫肌瘤的清除率间比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;与开腹组比较,腹腔镜组术中出血少,住院时间短,术后病率低,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 经阴道B超辅助下腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术具创伤小、术后恢复快、住院时间短和术后病率低等优点,是一种较为理想的微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤的方法.

Comprehensive analysis of hysteromyoma resection with different surgical methods

Objective To compare the clinical application effects of hysteromyoma resection under laparoseope assisted by trans-vaginal sonography and hysteromyoma resection with laparotomy. Methods 64 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into laparoseope group and laparotomy group. Compare the conditions of operation time, amount of bleeding and hospital stays of the two groups. Results The differences of clearance rate and operation time of the two groups present no statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Compared to laparotomy group, laparoscope group performed less in bleeding, shorter in hospital stay and had lower morbidity rate （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Hysteromyoma resection under laparoscope assisted by trans-vaginal sonography might be a better choice for the treatment of hysteromyoma, because of the small trauma, quick recovery, short hospital stay and low morbidity rate.
