立体定向血肿穿刺引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床观察

目的 探讨立体定向颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果.方法 200例高血压性脑出血患者根据不同治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用立体定向颅内血肿抽吸引流术,对照组采用内科保守治疗.结果 住院期间立体定向组的死亡率明显低于保守治疗组,两组患者治疗1周后GCS评分有显著性差异.结论 立体定向血肿抽吸引流术治疗高血压性脑出血能显著降低脑出血患者死亡率及提高预后效果.

The clinical observation of stereotactic hematoma punctureon the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of stereotactic hematoma punctureon the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH）. Methods 200 patients with HICH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients （n = 103） in the treatment group received stereotactic hematoma puncture, while 97 patients in the control group were treated with medical. Results The mortality rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Additionally, thedifferenceof GCS scores between the tow group were statistically significant aftertreated for a week （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Stereotactic hematoma puncture can effectively reduce the mortality rates of patients with HICH, as well as improve the prognosis.
