都江堰市地震灾区护士心理健康状况的调查

目的了解地震灾后护士的心理健康状况,为灾后心理干预提供依据。方法采用SCL-90项症状自评量表对都江堰地区4所医院的护士进行问卷调查。结果灾区护士SCL-90总均分和9个因子分与国内常模评分比较,除人际关系和偏执两项,其余都高于后者;在前10个心理健康问题中,抑郁和睡眠问题出现的频率高;不同职称的灾区护士各因子得分、总分、阳性项目数之间的差别不明显;无损失与有房屋受损或倒塌相比较,各因子分和总分差异无统计学意义;无损失与亲人受伤、亲人失踪或丧命比较,有房屋受损或倒塌与亲人受伤、亲人失踪或丧命比较,各因子分差异均有统计学意义;未婚者除抑郁与阳性项目数高于已婚者,其余差异不明显。结论灾区护士心理健康水平较常人低下,应采取积极措施及时进行心理应急干预,以维护灾区护士心理健康。

Investigation of psychological health level of nurses in Dujiangyan of earthquake-striken area

Objective To investigate the psychological health level of nurses after earthquake and provide a basis for psycholosical intervention.Methods With the symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）,the nurses working in four hospitals of Dujiangyan are investigated.Results Compared with Chinese normal,the SCL-90 total average scores and 9 factor scores of the nurses in earthquake-striken area,except interpersonal relationship and crankiness,are higher than norm.In top ten psychological health problems,the appearing frequency of Depression and sleeping problems are higher than others.The differences of SCL-90 total score,factor scores and positive items of nurses with different title of a technical post are not significant.The differences of factor scores between nurses without loss and murses with house damage of collapse are not significant.The differencs of factor scores between nurses without loss and nurses with relatives who are injured,disappearance or killed in earthquake,and between nurses with house damage or collapse and nurses with relatives who are injured,disappearance or killed in earthquake,are significant.The differences of factor scores except depressives and positive items between married and unmarried nurses are not significant.Conclusion The psychological health level of nurses in quake area is lower than average man′s.The practical countermeasures should be adopted to provide psychological emergency intervention and safeguard for the psychological health of the nurses in earthquake area.
