62例SARS患者初诊时临床症状与体征分析

【目的】探讨SARS患者初诊时临床症状、体征、胸部x—Ray的表现特点及中医治疗经验。【方法】对62例SARS患者的I临床症状、体征、胸部X—Ray进行回顾分析，并与同期入院的54例疑似SARS后排除的患者进行对比。【结果】与排除组比较，SARS组发热、恶寒、肌肉酸痛、气短、呼吸困难和胸痛等症发生率高，恶寒、头痛、肌肉酸痛、咽痛、气短等症状、体征改善时间长，其中发热、乏力的改善时间，两组间比较结果具有统计学差异。SARS组胸部X—Ray浸润性阴影发现率高，病灶大于两个肺叶者多，与排除组比较，结果具有统计学差异。【结论】SARS初起以邪在卫分为主。

Clinical analysis of symptoms and physical signs of 62 cases with SARS

To analyze the clinical features of symptoms, signs , X_Ray of breast and the TCM therapy experiences of 62 cases with SARS.Compared with 54 cases with the other diseases, who were initially diagnosed with doubtful SARS, symptoms, signs and X_Ray of breast of 62 cases with SARS were retrospectively studied. Compared with the contrast group, the percent of fever, cough without phlegm, muscle ache, short breath, dyspnea, chest ache and soakage shadows of 62 cases are higher and the improving time of aversion to cold, headache, muscle ache, and angina and short breath are longer.[Conclusion]At the initial stage of the cases of SARS, the pathogenic factor of heat is in the the superficial defensive system.
