南征教授滋阴清热、益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗消渴病

目的 观察南征教授滋阴清热、益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗消渴病的疗效.方法 将993例患者随机分为2组,治疗组496例,对照组497例,治疗组以滋阴清热、益气养阴、活血化瘀三法为一法治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上联合参芪降糖颗粒治疗.观察空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的变化情况.4周为1个疗程.结果 2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率82.66%优于对照组的66.39%(P<0.05);治疗后2组FBG、餐后2 h血糖、HbAlc值均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),但治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医临床症状及体征有所好转,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 南征教授滋阴清热、益气养阴、活血化瘀法治疗消渴,可显著降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbAlc水平,延缓病情发展,提高患者生活质量.

Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat,qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis

Objective To observe the effect of Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat, qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Methods 993 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 496 patients, 496 patients in the control group, the treatment group to guided the Ziyin treatment methods were clear heat,qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,control group 497 cases, joint Shenqi Jiangtang the basis of conventional therapy capsule. Observe the changes of the course of treatment in patients with FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin . 4 weeks for a course of treatment.Results After two courses, the total efficiency of treatment group was 82.66%, the control was 66.39%, the treatment group was significantly higher. FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05, P<0.01), but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05); Before and after treatment, both groups of TCM clinical symptoms and signs was improved, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Professor Nanzheng in the treatment of Xiao-Ke using Ziyin clear heat, qi and nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis can significantly reduce the FBG, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin levels and can delay the development of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
