从肺论治IgA肾病临床研究

目的 基于从肺论治肾病理论,探讨参芪扶正汤加减联合前列地尔对IgA肾病的影响.方法 选取2011年3月-2016年3月于我院就诊的气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组给予前列地尔,观察组在对照组基础上加用参芪扶正汤加减治疗.2组均治疗3个月,比较治疗前后2组血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白水平及临床总有效率.结果 治疗结束前后相比,血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白水平均降低(P<0.05);血浆白蛋白水平均升高(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白水平较低(P<0.05),血浆白蛋白水平较高(P<0.05);临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 从肺论治IgA肾病,能提高患者的临床总有效率,推测其机制可能与降低血清胱抑素C、血肌酐、血尿素氮及24 h尿蛋白水平,升高血浆白蛋白水平有关.

Clinical study on the treatment of IgA nephropathy from lung

Objective Based on the theory of treatment of nephropathy from lung, to explore the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng decoction combined with alprostadil on IgA nephropathy.Methods 2011 March to March 2016 in our hospital for treatment of qi and yin deficiency type of IgA nephropathy patients 60 cases, according to the random number table method all patients were divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the control group were treated with alprostadil. Patients in the experimental group on the basis of the control group and Shenqi Fuzheng decoction in the treatment. Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months, compared before and after treatment in two groups of patients with serum cystatin C, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum albumin and 24 hour urinary protein level and clinical total effective rate.Results After treatment compared with before, serum cystatin C, serum creatinine (SCR), 24 hour urinary protein level were decreased (P<0.05); plasma albumin levels were significantly increased (P<0.05), compared with the control group, serum cystatin C, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen (bun) and 24 hours urinary protein level of experimental group were lower (P<0.05); plasma albumin levels were higher (P<0.05);The clinical total efficiency was higher (P<0.05).Conclusion From the lung on treating IgA nephropathy effect significantly, this treatment method can improve the clinical total effective rate of patients with IgA Nephropathy.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum cystatin C, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and 24 h urine protein level and increase the plasma albumin level.
