黄芩苷抗博来霉素大鼠肺纤维化作用及机制研究

摘    要:目的 观察黄芩苷对大鼠肺纤维化的病理学改变及其机制研究.方法 通过气管内注射博来霉素方法复制大鼠肺纤维化模型,腹腔注射不同剂量黄芩苷,28 d后取材,病理采用HE和Masson染色观察肺泡炎症及纤维化程度,免疫组织化学方法检测肺组织中TGF-β1的表达情况.结果 与模型组相比,黄芩苷组高低2个剂量组肺泡炎症及纤维化程度均明显减轻,高剂量组效果更好(P<0.05);与模型组相比,黄芩苷组肺组织内TGF-β1含量明显下降(P<0.01).结论 黄芩苷抑制肺纤维化的发生与发展,其可能机制是通过降低肺内TGF-β1来实现的.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the pathological changes and mechanism study of baicalin on lung tissue of rats pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Pulmonary fibrosis model was constituted by injecting bleomycin in tracheas of rats, treated with baicalin injected in cavum-abdominis, 28 days later, estimated the extent of alveolar catarrh in lung tissue and pulmonary fibrosis by HE and Masson staining and the expression of TGF-β1in lung tissue by immunohistochemistry.Results Pulmonary alveoli inflammation and pulmonary fibrosis decreased in the Baicalin treatment group, and there was significant difference compared to the model group(P<0.05); TGF-β1 expression in the baicalin treatment group decreased significantly compared to the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Baical could treat the pulmonary fibrosis, the underlying mechanism is to inhibit TGF-β1 expression.
