奥曲肽对消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中VEGF、IGF-1的影响

目的：评价奥曲肽对消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、胰岛素样生长因子1（IGF-1）的影响。方法：奥曲肽0．2mg皮下注射，q12h连用7天，治疗经病理组织学或细胞学检查证实的消化道恶性肿瘤患者13例，采用人VEGF、IGF-1定量EIA试剂盒统一测定治疗前后血清中VEGF、IGF-1的含量。结果：VEGF明显下降5例（38．5％），全组治疗前均值为187．18pg／ml，治疗后均值为87．18pg／ml；IGF-1明显下降6例（46．2％），全组治疗前均值为36．65ng／ml，治疗后均值为24．52ng／ml。结论：生长抑素类似物奥曲肽能明显降低消化道肿瘤患者血清中VEGF、IGF-1的水平。

Influence of VEGF and IGF-1 in Serum of Patients with Malignant Digestive Tract Tumors Treated with Octreotide

Objective:The trial investigated the influence of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and type-1 insulin like growth factor(IGF-1)in serum of patients with malignant digestive tract tumors treated with octreotide.Methods:13 patients with malignant digestive tract tumors entered into the study.All cases were histological approved.Octreotide 0.2 mg hypodermic q12h for 7days.VEGF and IGF-1 in serum were determined by ELISA in all patients before and after treatment.Results:VEGF in serum was declined in 5 patients(38.5%),the mean before treatment was 187.18 pg/ml,that after treatment was 87.18 pg/ml;and IGF-1 in serum was declined in 6 patients(46.2%),the mean before treatment was 36.65 ng/ml,that after treatment was 24.52 ng/ml.Conclusion:Octreotide may decline VEGF and IGF-1's level in serum of patients with malignant digestive tract tumors.
