| 摘 要： | 目的]评价以早期液体复苏为中心的感染集束化治疗对早期感染性休克的临床疗效.方法]将50例感染性休克早期的患者分为集束化治疗组（A组, n =30）和常规治疗组（B组, n =20）,比较两组患者治疗前后的APACHEⅡ评分.结果]A组患者治疗24 h后APACHEⅡ评分明显低于B组（ P 〈0.05）.结论]以早期液体复苏为中心的感染集束化治疗能显著提高早期感染性休克患者的生存和预后情况.

| Abstract: | Objective] To evaluate the effect of sepsis bundles based on early fluid resuscitation on septic shock in the earlier period. Methods] Fifty patients with septic shock in the earlier period were assigned into bundles group（ n = 30） and conventional therapy group（ n =20）. APACHE Ⅱ scores in each group were analyzed. Results] APACHE Ⅱ scores in bundles group were significant lower than those in conventional therapy group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] In the earlier period of septic shock, sepsis bundles can remarkably improve the patients＇ survival and prognosis. |
