广西仫佬族地区护士心理健康状况及干预效果的研究

目的通过调查90名仫佬族地区护士进行心理干预前后的应对方式及心理健康状况,探讨心理干预对护士的应对方式及心理健康状况的影响。方法运用症状自评量表（SCL-90）和简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）,分别在心理干预前后进行测试,并对问卷进行统计分析。结果干预前护士SCL-90评分高于干预后和中国常模（P〈0.05或〈0.01）,干预后与常模相当（P〉0.05）或低于常模（P〈0.05或〈0.01）。干预前后积极应对评分无变化（P〉0.05）,干预后消极应对评分下降（P〈0.01）。结论广西仫佬族地区护士心理健康状况较差,心理干预可以改善仫佬族地区护士心理健康状况。

Research on Mental Health Level and Effectiveness of Psychological Intervention in Nurse of Mulao Ethnicity Area

Objective To study the mental health level and it＇s coping style of nurse in Mulao ethnicity area before and after psychological intervention. Methods A total of 90 nurses in Mulao ethnicity area were questioned with SCL-90 and SCSQ before and after psychological intervention,respectively. Results The scores of SCL-90 before psychological intervention were significantly higher than those of national norm and after intervention（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The scores of SCL-90 after psychological intervention were equivalent to（P〉0.05）or significantly lower than those of the norm（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences in positive coping styles scores between before and after psychological intervention（P〉0.05）. But the scores of negative coping styles after intervention were lower than the before（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The mental health level of nurse in Mulao ethnicity area are worse,and psychological intervention is good for their mental health.
