| 摘 要： | 线粒体脑肌病临床表现缺乏特异性,易被误诊.随着对其病理及发病机制认识的提高,临床病例也相应增多,影像学尤其是MRI可为临床提供更多的诊断及鉴别诊断依据.本文对线粒体脑肌病的临床病理特点及影像学诊断予以综述.

| Abstract: | The clinical manifestation of mitochondrial encephalopathy (ME) which is easily misdiagnosed in clinical is not specific. With the improving of the cognition of pathology and pathogenesis of ME, the number of clinical cases increased accordingly. Imaging examinations, especially MRI, can provide more evidence for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ME. In this paper, the clinicopathological features and imaging diagnosis of ME were reviewed. |
