| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法：对我院2003年-2007年10月应用DHS治疗48例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型，手术治疗，术后处理及疗效进行总结和随诊。结果：本组46例老年患者获随访，骨折愈合率96％。结论：动力髋螺钉在治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折中具有内固定可靠、出血少、并发症少、早期活动、功能恢复快等优点，是首选的内固定材料。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical outcome of dynamic hip screw used in senilc in-tertrochanteic fracturc.Methods:48cases werc treated with DHS from Janudry 2003 to December 2007.Their fracture types,operation merhods,postoperation treatments,and follow-up were anal ysed.Results:46case weve follow-up The fractures of all the patients were cured(cure rate,96%).Conclusiod:DHS used in senile intertrochanteric fracture nol onlygave stable fixation and fewer complications,but also enabled patients to exercisc earlier and get healthquicker.It is one of treatments of choice for this kind of fracture in the aged. |
