| 摘 要： | 为探讨知母种内变异的遗传特征，对种植在同一环境条件下的知母的过氧化物同工酶谱进行了分析，知母的过氧化物同工酶谱在种内存在明显变异，可分为三种类型，分别以天津蓟县，内蒙古赤峰，山东平度产知母为代表，为知母形态的种内变异提供了生物化学方面的依据。

| Abstract: | The peroxidase zymograms of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge were analyzed. It was found that zymograms of samples, which were collected from cultivated herbs previously growing in different locates, varied greatly. According to the difference of zymogram, these herbs should be separated into three biotypes, respectively represented by ones growing in Ji Xian of Tianjin, Pingdu of Shandong and Chifeng of Inner-mongolia. |
