| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿肺脾气虚证与机体免疫功能及T细胞亚群之间的相关性。方法:按复感儿诊断标准,筛选肺脾气虚证患儿30例,抽取空腹血,分别检测患儿血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE)及T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8),并与健康儿15名进行对照。结果:复感儿血清IgG、IgA明显低于对照组(P均<0.001),IgE高于对照组(P<0.05),而IgM在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复感儿CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显低于对照组(P均<0.001),CD8却明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:肺脾气虚证患儿存在着某些免疫功能失调。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the correlation of syndrome of qi deficiency of both lung and spleen and immune function, T cell subset of child with repeated respiratory infection.
