| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检测心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(CTnI)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)对小儿急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的诊断价值。方法对38例VMC患儿和36例对照进行CTnI和IL-8检测。结果对照组CTnI和IL-8的检测结果均正常,VMC患者的CTnI和IL-8显著升高,两者在持续时间上的差异有统计学意义。结论 CTnI和IL-8联检对诊断小儿急性病毒性心肌炎时有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the diagnostic value of detecting cardiac troponin I(CTnI) and interleukin-8(IL-8) for viral myocarditis(VMC) of children.Methods To detect and analyze CTnI and IL-8 of 38 affected children with VMC and a control group of 36 children.Results The results of CTnI and IL-8 of the control group were normal,while CTnI and IL-8 of the affected group significantly increased.And there was difference in duration between the two groups.Conclusion The joint detection of CTnI and IL-I has certain cli... |
