| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性上矢状窦破裂的手术治疗.方法 外伤性上矢状窦破裂患者16 例,均行手术治疗,术式包括破口直接筋膜封堵加胶水固定止血和直接筋膜封堵加胶水固定后加缝合后结扎止血.结果 15 例手术治疗患者获得良好疗效,1 例患者由于病情重,术中死亡.结论 外伤性上矢状窦破裂破口小可以直接筋膜封堵加胶水固定,破口大需筋膜封...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the surgical treatment of rupture with traumatic superior sagittal sinus. Methods 16 patients with rupture of traumatic superior sagittal sinus were performed by operation including, direct clinging the laceration by temporal fascia and biogel and transfixing after clinging the laceration. Result Of 16 patients undering surgery, 15 achieved good curative effect and 1 died because of poor condition during the operation. Conclusion If the laceration of superior sagittal sinus was small, it could be operated by direct clinging the laceration with temporal fascia and biogel , otherwise, it should be operated by transfixing after clinging. |
