社会心理因素对偏头痛患者的影响

目的 探讨社会心理因素对偏头痛患者的影响,为临床治疗、心理干预提供理论依据.方法 将50例偏头痛患者设为研究组,抽取50名正常健康体检者设为对照组.采用自拟一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、生活事件量表及社会支持评定量表对两组进行评定分析.结果 研究组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),社会支持评定量表评分显著低于对照组,生活事件量表总分、一过性事件和负性生活事件评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01);两组长期性事件和正性生活事件评分差异无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,一过性事件、负性生活事件,缺乏社会支持等因素均是诱发偏头痛的危险因素,在控制其生物学病因的同时,还应调整患者的情绪,加强心理治疗.

Influences of psychosocial factors on patients with migraine

Objective To explore the influences of psychosocial factors on patients with migraine in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and mental intervention. Methods Fifty migraine patients were assigned to research group and randomly selected 50 healthy physical examinees to control group. Assessments of both groups were carried out with the Self-made General Information Questionnaire （SGIQ）, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, the Life Events Scale （LES） and the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS）. Results Compared with the control group, in the research the scores of both the SAS and SDS were significantly higher （P〈0.01）, those of the SSRS lower, and the total , transient events and negative events scores higher （P〈0.01） ; there were no significant differences in long-term and positive life events between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Risk factors inducing migraine are such negative emotions as anxiety and depression as well as transient events, negative life events and lack of social support, at the same time of controling biological cause of disease patients＇ emotins should be adjusted and psychotherapy enhanced.
