酒精所致精神障碍相关因素研究

目的 探讨酒精所致精神障碍的相关因素,为临床干预提供依据.方法 对62例酒精所致精神障碍患者(病例组)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并将其脑电图检查结果与64名正常体检者(对照组)的脑电图进行对比分析.结果 病例组脑电图异常率为37.1%,对照组为12.5%,差异有极显著性(χ2=12.34,P＜0.01).年龄、饮酒时间、饮酒剂量与酒精所致精神障碍发生率呈正相关,而与发病年龄呈负相关.结论 酒精所致精神障碍的大脑损害发生率高,且饮酒年龄、饮酒时间及日饮酒量是影响酒精所致精神障碍的主要危险因素.

Correlation factors of mental disorders due to use of alcohol

Objective To explore the correlation factors of mental disorders due to use of alcohol in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods Retrospective analyses were carried out on clinical data of 62 patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol （case group） and their EEG examination results compared with 64 normal examinees （control group）. Results The incidence of EEG abnormal was respectively 37. 1% in the case and 12. 5% in the control group,the difference was very significant （Х^2 =12.34, P〈0.01）. Age, drinking time and drinking quantity were positively related to the incidence of mental disorders due to use of alcohol and negatively to the age of onset. Conclusion The incidence of brain injury in mental disorders due to use of alcohol is higher, and age, drinking time and day drinking quantity are main risk factors of mental disorders due to use of alcohol.
