团体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨团体心理治疗对精神分裂症患者临床疗效及生存质量的影响.方法 将132例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各66例,两组均给予常规抗精神病药物治疗和常规护理,研究组联合团体心理治疗.观察8周.分别于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评定临床疗效及生存质量.结果 治疗8周末,两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分较治疗前有显著性下降(P＜0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P＜0.01),两组世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表生存质量总评、生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域及社会关系领域评分较治疗前均有显著性提高(P＜0.05或0.01),研究组生存质量总评、心理领域、独立性领域及社会关系领域评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01).结论 团体心理治疗能有效地改善精神分裂症的症状,提高患者的生存质量及治疗依从性,促进患者社会功能的恢复.

Influences of group psychotherapy on clinical efficacy and quality of life of schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the influences of group psychotherapy on clinical efficacy and quality of life of schizophrenia patients. Methods 132 schizophrenics were randomly divided into research group and control group （each n= 66）, both groups given routine antipsychotics treatment and nursing, the research group was plus group psychotherapy for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and quality of life were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and the World Health Organization Quality of Life （WHOQOL-100） before and after treatment. Results After 8-week treatment, the total scores of PANSS in both groups lowerd more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, and so did in the research than in the control group （P%0.01）. The total, physiology, psychology, independence and social relationship scores of the WHOQOL-100 of both groups increased more significantly after treatment compared with pretreatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, and the total, psychology, independence and social relationship score were significantly higher in the research than in the control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Group psychotherapy can improve the schizophrenic symptoms effectively, enhance their quality of life and treatment compliance and promote patients＇ social functin recovery.
